Before founding Newstone Finance, Hanson worked at one of Australia’s Big Four banks, where he was recognised as a multi-award-winning Home Lending Executive. This experience gave him the practical knowledge and insight to simplify complex lending processes, ensuring every client understands their financial position and loan options clearly.

How much deposit do I need to purchase a property?

Typically lenders ask for 20% of the total house price before they’ll consider giving you a loan but there are a number of ways around this.
